If zingers are allowed, Gabe Kaplan. Unless Klugman uses his voice box activator thingie and throws it at Mr. Kott-air!
Yes they are allowed. So he could batter Jack ,with his witty stories about his "uncles".
Tough one. If both were at the height of the TV success I would say Kaplin. If we took them as they are now, I'd still say Kaplin.
OK, I guess it wasn't really that tough after all
